Honey brings it home!

LM wins a 2020 DBA Design Effectiveness Award for ‘Honey I’m Home’ treats.

The challenge was the create the identity and packaging design for a range of organic, honey-coated buffalo chews and treats for dogs.

We created ‘Honey’, a lovable rascal who pops up across the range, likes honey and bees, and is always ready for more.

DBA judges have recognised Honey’s remarkable achievement. Launched in California – one of the most sophisticated petfood markets – Honey has helped turn the undervalued scraps and leftovers of India’s small-time buffalo farmers into a much-loved brand. In just 16 months, distribution extended to over 1,000 outlets and online retailers in 45 US states. With its lovable mascot, Honey I’m Home has enchanted and engaged customers and trade partners alike.

People are really drawn to the colors and to Honey the dog. They love the playfulness of the packaging, they say it makes them smile and feel happy.”
