Breakfast in Paris, dinner in Dubai…
our brief was to create fifteen, very different eating experiences within the exclusive Grand Hyatt Dubai, a luxury hotel which appeals to both business and leisure travellers. Lewis Moberly remit included name generation, collateral and signage. The key challenge was to create a myriad of experiences for guests. Bars and restaurants are set around an extensive atrium, and range from Italian to Singaporean to Vietnamese…

Manhattan Grill is a figurehead restaurant
with a monotone identity featuring the work
of renowned photographer, Berenice Abbot.
The Mix nightclub is a series of zoned areas
where day moves to night… as a light
installation, animates within the venue.
Panini’s exuberant style is quintessentially
Italian. Winner of the DBA Design
Effectiveness Award and numerous creative
accolades. Sushi marks the spot and
Tea House is a place of peace… Each
